Hello, I'm Mark Hastings, D.C., a practicing Chiropractor in Aptos, California. I graduated from Palmer West College of Chiropractic in 1996 and specialize in sports medicine with a particular focus on shoulder injuries, runners' injuries, foot and hand injuries, and most musculo-skeletal injuries in general. In addition to my expertise in injury rehabilitation, I have extensive knowledge of athletic training and nutrition. My hobbies include mountain unicycling, mountain biking, running, climbing, flying, and diving. I've been a running coach, a martial arts instructor since 1991, and a personal trainer since 1986. Location and Hours

My office is located at 9057 Soquel Drive, Building B, Suite D, in Aptos, California 95003. My hours are Monday-Wednesday-Friday noon-5pm and Tuesday-Thursday 8am-noon. For appointment, call 831-662-2641. All phone messages will be promptly returned.
